I installed my My Book Essentials 2 TB external hard drive today and then I backed up my computer. When I looked on the My Book Essentials hard drive, Drive (I), there was no sign of the backup. What coulld the problem be?

Hi, what program are you using to do the backup? If you are using smartware, to see the backup go inside the my book and you will see a folder with the name smartware.swstor. You can also click on the link below to review the steps to do the backup.
