Firmware issue with Netflix

I recently upgraded my firmware to the latest version and have a issue with Netflix. From the time I upgraded, I cnnot use Netflix. The only screen I get is a signon for a new account with a 30 day trial. No option to logon if I have a account. I have email Support, havent heard from them.

I wonder if anyone else has seen a similar issue and has any suggestions.


So when you first start it, it doesn’t ask if you have an account or not?

What player do you have?

Where are you located in the world?

What firmware are you using?

Have you tried resetting to factory defaults and trying again.
