Files stopped loading into a new "share" folder on My Cloud, and doesn't finish. What to do?

I recently downloaded the WD software to share my document folders from my MacBook Pro to my My Cloud. Everything was proceeding fine, but with about 1/3 of the files left to upload to My Cloud, it stopped loading more. I don’t know what to do to get it to restart or continue. Do any of you have any ideas how to solve this problem?

Is your mac on the same local network as the My Cloud? If so there is no need to use the My Cloud software. Instead you can use Mac Finder to copy the files from the Mac to the My Cloud. One can also “map” the My Cloud to their Mac to make it easer to access.
