Hello all, recently I’ve come across a problem with the My Cloud Home 6TB. I would place a document inside a folder in the cloud and after a few seconds after clicking out of windows explorer and rechecking the file, it will have been deleted.
Reinstalling WD Discovery solves the problem but it always returns.
Please help.
