Help, files deleted

Hi,

I have used MyCloud for my main backup for years with no issues. I was doing something on there earlier today and I have managed to delete a file of images from the backup. I have no idea how I have done this, I was moving one image and an entire folder has just gone. I don’t have these saved anywhere else. Is there any way I can recover these?

Im in the same boat but apaprently WD couldn’t give two ---- about it.
