A very unusual problem. After using the PC for a while with file explorer open, when file explorer is closed after a few seconds the displays freeze and the WD Quick View pop-up is displayed above the taskbar for a second or so and then the PC recovers. Viewing the Reliability Monitor shows that exploere.exe has stopped working and restarted itself. Has anyone else experienced this and is it a problem with WD or just a coincidence that WD Quick View is displayed? The graphics drivers (and all others) are up to date as is Windows 10 Enterprise and WD Smartware. Running Windows 10 46bit Enterprise version.
Hi, I have the WD Quick view installed and I have Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit and I have not experienced this issue. Have you tried uninstalling the WD Quick view and see if its the same issue happens.
Ty. That's my next step if no-one comes up with a solution but I wanted to avoid having to set it all up again.
