Please add time options for sleep timeout (sleep mode).
At the moment it is 30 mins. 30mins is too short I think, something like 2 hours would be perfect.

YES!!! I want this too!
Absolutely necessary feature - unfortunately not available even 6 years later.
Especially together with that really stupid behavior not to automatically spin up all disks of a RAID when the first data request requires only data from one drive - then, after a few stepy through the directories, it hangs again for the next, so in the end it takes about a minute to spin up from sleep every time. For a RAID thtt is not the primary storage, this is about 1 minute lost for each usage.
