Hi, I just got the EX4100 I first plugged in my other hard drive in the back and they were connected just fine. I decided to change the name of my device and now the 2 external hard drive even connected to the EX4100 won’t show up but if I plug them to my computer they work just fine. Can someone help me figure out what happen and what I need to do ? Thank you
