Extended Warranty for My Passport

Hi. I have a WD My Passport 1 TB External Hard Disk of Product Code # :  WDBBEP0010BBK  and Serial No. [Deleted]. I want to know about the Extended Warranty Service for my drive. The purchase date is   15November 2012 , and the Warranty Expiry date is 14th October 2015. I have registered my product on the WD website. When I click on the option of “Extend My Warranty” on the “Products Registered”  page I get a message as follows:

 

Error:** No eligible products for Warranty Extension.**

I’d like to know how to extend the warranty for my product.

Please help me in this regard
