EX4100 remote access from another computer, :" no device"

I log into mycloud from a remote computer by using www.mycloud.com and I get the login page, log in and it says no device available. Since I am 300 miles from the device I do not know of anyway of correcting this problem. Also, can I backup the files on this remote computer to my EX4100 at home?

If you can not connect to the unit then there’s not much that can be done unless you are able to remotely access your home network and diagnose your NAS from there.

I can reach my files with my iPhone, so why can’t i reach it with my PC remotely?
