EX4100 Guidance for back up services // Newbie to NAS drives

Hello All,
(I hope I have put this in the right place, before I get shouted at )

Can anyone advise me what is the best cloud back up solution I can use to connect to my NAS EX4100 and how to go about it?

I see in the APP section on my EX4100 dashboard there are options for S3 and Elephant but these both look very expensive sites for storage.

Is GoodSync-Storage a good option?

I currently have about 2TB of images RAW and processed on my WD Passport, which I will be importing to my first ever NAS and will obviously be creating more content. I need to find a back up solution as well.

No I have not opened a ticket.
I assumed, but it appear incorrectly, the FORUM was for questions/answers and swapping of Ideas .
Have I totally misinterpreted the concept of Community.WD ?
What’s the point of this "community’ which we the consumer will be paying for ,somehow in the cost of purchasing items, if all we get from WDstaff, who I presume have a salary is a generic “have you opened a ticket?”
