EX4100 getting stuck ar GUI, Wont let me copy random files and folder and won't reboot/hibernate

EX4100 stopped working and won’t power off. The web interface opens but whenever I do something on it, it gets stuck at updating. If I access folder share, it randomly gets stuck on some folders and does not let me copy random files
It will not power off or restart from the web interface. I cannot even get system logs from Support. Firmware: 5.27.157

I took a backup via veam last night, which triggered all this I think cause it was a lot of data around 300 gb. Dont, know if it completely uploaded. So I also think its indexing.

I stopped restdsk process which I think was indexing via SSH, but looks like it worsened it. I then also forced restart but it also looks like it worsened the issue too. I am lost.

It should be hot-swappable and RAID will rebuild automatically, right?
