is it possible to see EX2Ultra from remote in the Mac finder?
The WD methods of remote access are rather limited. You will likely have to setup a VPN server on your local network to allow a remote Mac to connect in to that VPN server using a VPN client program. That would allow the Mac to access everything on your local network. You can search the internet for various options and directions on setting up a VPN server on your local network. Some consumer routers (like Asus) have a VPN server option that a person can enable to access their local network from a remote location.
Seems very complicated for a newbie like me…
