Ex2 ultra not visible on all network devices

I have a Windows 10 computer and a number of NAS devices, My mycloud ex2 ultras show on my computer only but on my TVs, ipad or cell phone Ihave a MyCloud NAS which appears on everything, TVs etc. Asdo all networked devices except for my 2 ex2ultra devices. Help.
