My Cloud Ex2 Does not Appear in Network Locations

Upgraded my Windows 10 computer during lockdown and can no longer see my WD Ex2 Ultra under the category ‘Network Locations’ but it does appear as part of my Network - MYCLOUDEX2ULTRA. Under the former I can see another NAS (ReadyNAS 102) I have connected to my router and I can see all my Sonos devices, but not my WD Ex2 Ultra.

Related, my two smart TVs can see my ReadyNas and all sonos devices, BUT they cannot see MYCLOUDEX2ULTRA.

Very frustrated… especially after the ongoing fiasco of updating to OS5 …
