Just for your information - tested pair of new Toshiba P300 HDWD240UZSVA and they don’t work in any RAID mode, but Stripe. Even alone! Error 635 during very slow format.
Ordered pair of WD40EFAX now instead - mus work, since listed in WD compatibility list.
