I have an EX2 and a MyCloud hard drives connected to my router. My desktop is hard wired into the router and my laptop connects via Bluetooth. The 2 drives have been accessible by both PC and Laptop for years, but now, neither shows up in the desktop Windows File Explorer whereas they do appear in the lap tops explorer. I’m assuming that there must be something amiss with the desktop but I cannot see a setting thats different between the two devices. Is there anything obvious you can suggest for me to check in the desk top?

Create a support ticket? That’s not really an answer. Many other people out here are experiencing the same issue.
