I can see EX2 with my desktop but not with my laptop, why?


I have a WD EX2 Ultra in my house, connected to my router via an ethernet cable.

I can connect to the EX2 via my desktop using the WD My Cloud app.
But when I try to connect to EX2 via my laptop using the same WD My Cloud app it says “no devices found”

Does anyone know how to fix this please?
