Elements HD has become read only and won't change

I have a 4TB elements external drive and it has become write only on all folders,

I can access from my main PC but if i try and access any of the folders from another laptop it won’t work. Also if i copy any of the files to another drive it enables write only.

Any suggestions welcome.
