Hi One for WD support I think
I have 2 EX2 Ultra.
In order to see status at a glance I have installed the Home Assistant WD integration which displays what I need. The integration has been configured to use the admin account in order to read device parameters.
Unfortunately the admin account appears to be exclusive, ie I cant have two admins logged in.
This means the integration cannot poll for an update if I am logged in as admin and vice versa I cannot log in while the device is polling.
There is very clearly a mechanism for WD to interrogate the disk parameters since it asks for permission to share diagnostic information which I assume it does via an API.
How can I permit a user account on the EX2 device (not the admin) to read the information such that I can configure that user. in Home Assistant without conflicting with the admin account.
NB I dont need to change EX2 device parameters - just read (and display) them.
