Drive works on PC but not in My Book Enclosure

I have the same eror after change HDD.
Are you find issuse how it repair?

Hi @zaka - this is most often not something that can be easily repaired. This error is usually (although not always which is why I suggested he try on another computer above) caused by physical damage to the device.

I can see my HDD in WD Drive Utility is “MyBook - 0 Byte”.
In my Disk Manager Utility in Windows it present “Not initialized, Offline”, after initialized get error.

When i connetc my WD Drive over SATA inetrface, i can format it whitout any problems.
Have problem only when insert into MyBook ((

I split your posts into a new topic as the user on the original thread had already resolved his issue.

Based on what you are describing, it sounds like there might be a problem with the My Book’s enclosure.
