Drive wont lock

i have a My Book External hard drive that won’t lock! Anybody have this happen to them? Please help!!!

Where you able to lock the unit before? There is also an option to auto unlock the drive.

Yes,I could lock it before.It doesn’t take my password. It’s saying it"s invalid!
