Drive showing as IP instead of network device name

When i look in Windows Explorer\My Computer under Network, it shows the IP address of the NAS drive in the list, rather than the label i’ve given it in the Dashboard. Therefore, all my shares are, for example: //192.168.0.13/Media rather than //NAS-Device01/Media.

If I click on Network, then it shows the list of drives etc, which DOES show the device name under the STORAGE and MEDIA DEVICES categories. Why is the IP address being shown in one instance and not the other, and being used as the Server name in the Shares path. I don’t want to start mapping drives using the IP address instead of Server name.

Thanks for any help.
