Dmailer Sync says "detected that your PC has been formatted"

I have several  external drives which I rotate  and keep in safe place. Doing this for years and it always worked. Recently every drive which I plug in and activate Dmailer Sync  says

“Dmailer Sync detected that your PC has been formatted. …” This is not the case and it is exactly the same as it was. Basically I cannot  resynch the changes. The only solution is to erasse everything and start from scratch which is several hours per drive (~ 1T/drive)

Any soution? Please help.

Dmailer is not a WD program, you need to download the WD Sync Application from www.wdc.com
