My Passport - WD Sync I used with Windows not working on Mac

Hi everybody, I just bought a Mac and I need to transfer the Microsoft outlook data base and emails from my old PC to the new Mac. When I connect the WD hard disk to the Mac I cannot see the WD Sync program, hence I cannot synchronize the mails. My WD’s P/N is W05000MES-00. Anybody knows how to solve this?

WD Sync is not compatible with mac, I would recommend to use another software to sync your email or you can backup your email using Time Machine.-
