Hi, I am new to Mycloud. I re ently bought my WD EX2 Ultra. The initial setup was done. Now I want to know…, HOW DO I TRANSFER 1TB OD DATA FROM AN EXYERNAL HHD TO MYCLOUD?
I tried the copy/paste and drag/drop methods, but cannot do it. The only way is to open each folder and select the individual file, and then drag and drop. To transfer 1TB of items one-by-one, will take me ages…?
