This is on the recognized list of adapters, but it does not light up when inserted into the usb slot (1). Running Windows 7 and installed OK and found it on my computer, but not the WD Live. Anyone have the same problems?

You have a newer revision if it says 1.2. The one on WDs list says NO revision listed.
What does that mean? How are we supposed to buy an adapter with No Version?
And if it works with a .10b firmware, which your web site suggested I do, why doesn’t it for with .17?
