Creating Remote New User to Allow Them to Upload Files to Public Folder on MBLD

Hello,
I want to allow someone to upload files from their remote PC to MyBookLive Duo. I created an account in mycloud.com, but I do not see a way to create a user (either in mycloud or on MBLD dashboard) that allows them remote access to MY MBLD (limited to Pulic folder) so they can upload files. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
