I have a problem with my My Cloud 4TB.
My My Cloud 4TB is connected to internet in my friends home. I set it one year ago. It works good but from one week i have a problem. When i try to copy some data i works good up to 90% and then stopped. It stop copying and i have an error (error number 100006) - i work on Mac OS. Where is the problem?
Are you trying to copy My Cloud data files from MyCloud.com?
If yes, you can try to check after running the power cycle on My Cloud device in this concern. This will reinitialize the connections with MyCloud.com server. You can power cycle the devices in the following order:
- Reboot the Router
- Reboot the PC or MAC being used
- Reboot the My Cloud device
