Convert USB 3.x (or eSATA) to older thunderbolt interface

Came into possession of used "WD My Book Thunderbolt Duo RAID Dual-Drive External Hard Drive - drive has an (apple) thunderbolt interface.

Need to use unit on a WIN11 box has both USB 3.x & eSATA interfaces available. Looking to buy something converts USB 3.x (or eSATA) to older thunderbolt interface.

I assume you have some Apple consultants available that could help.
