WD thunderbolt duo on a PC?

I have two WD Thunderbolt Duo 4 TB drives which I have been using connected to an Apple Mac. The Mac died and I am now working solely on a Windows PC. Is there any way I can get a USB 3 to Thunderbolt cable, hub or converter so that I can open and utilise the thunderbolt duo hubs (which I use for Raid 1 mirroring) from the PC? I realise I will have to re-format the disks to a Win format or ExFat which can be read by both Mac and PC. I have no thunderbolt ports on the PC, just USB 3. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I have seen many USB (In) to Thunderbolt (Out) adapters, but not the other way around. This is because Apple owns and controls the Thunderbolt standard.

Have you tried looking online?

Yes an extensive online search has been unsuccessful. Some PCs have a Thunderbolt card but mine doesn’t. I am looking for a two way solution to move files in both directions between a PC with USB3 and a Thunerbolt Duo Raid system. Any ideas, anyone?
