Configuring FTP for access via net

I’m attempting to configure my FTP for access via the internet and in the screen asking for the IP, it’s not letting me enter my DNS routed domain which comes via no-ip.org  - It keeps asking me for a specific IP address when I have a dynamic one provided to me by my ISP. 

I need to do this as the FTP server should be set up in passive/PASV mode.

I don’t understand why it’s only letting me enter an IP (can’t leave it blank either) when the NAS is already running the dynamic DNS client.

Any ideas?

I have not tried this, however using the No-ip addres should work, however lets see if another user can share some tips and information on this matter.
