In Mac OsHighSierra the Complete disk test in Wd utilities on My passport ultra does not work. At 10 % the test is broken.

Have you tried to perform the first aid test on the drive using Disk Utility?

Yes, I did that and in the meantime I also had contact with the support of Western Digital.
