Can't resume ftp uploads to the mycloud ftp server

I use the FTPRUSH client for ftp and have no problems on any server I connect to in regards to resuming files. The MyCloud does not resume a upload, it creates a new file with filename(1).extention on the first resume and it adds another (1) for every file resumed afterwards.

I have tried flashfxp as well and it has the same problem.

I need to be able to resume files as most of the files I transfer back and forth, with my post editing team and effects team. The files we sync back and forth are very large in GB. If it fails to upload and recreates it each time it tries to resume, having a mycloud instead of just using dropbox/googledrive/etc is not worth the headache.

Hi there,

I have tried doing this with a different program and i have been able to resume files with no problems, perhaps this could be something that has to do with the ftp clients you are using.

Does the FTP client program (FTPRush or Flashfxp) generate a log that indicates the specific error that occurs when the resume fails or doesn’t take place?

I have every file exist setting setup to ask me every time on when there’s a file already on the server. I always tell it to resume… Resuming works on my website ftp server without issues.
