WD terminated support for Windows Phone almost a year ago when they released the OS 3 firmware. Further WD has indicated (in the Cloud Ideas section) there are no plans to release an updated app. About your only option is to use a web browser and access the MyCloud.com web portal or enable FTP on the My CLoud (and port forward port 21 through your router to the My Cloud) for remote access. For local network access a file manager app on your phone should allow for local netowrk access to the My Cloud.
