Can't connect to drive or control panel

I had to shut down to move a few things around desk. I can view files from win 11 explorer ok, but can’t connect to control panel w/ edge browser. Has error 503, also can’t connect through phone app along with drive light on/off.

any ideas?

As everyone is saying around here, WD suffered a cyberattack and all online services are down

WOW, thanks for the update. strange that all worked ok until yesterday (4/4/23) when I had my cloud home offline for about 15 minutes??

Do you own a My Cloud Home or a WDMYCLOUD? What Firmware does your device have?

With my WDMYCLOUD OS5 here is what I can do.

On my 2nd generation WDMYCLOUD I can access my shares by using \\DeviceName. Use the two back slashes and the name of your My Cloud.

I can get to my Dashboard by using File Explorer and entering the address as shown in this image.
image Then sign in.

Cloud Access will show as Failed. See example image below.

I have my cloud home, I’ve tried logging into control panel with it’s assigned IP but states can’t get to account.

Guess just going need to wait until they figure it out. Luckly I still can get to drive and files w/explorer because I setup local access as per WD knowledge base.
