If the reset does not help. Try to “System & disk” from the dashboard or attach your device to your computer using the USB port and format the drive. NOTE: Doing this will loose all your data. I don’t know if MPW support Mac format (HFS) as I know it best to format as exFAT.
it dose not show up on windows at all
i already did that resat and still hard drive is not detecting
