Cant access my cloud from finder on macbook pro

Hi There, i have a my cloud storage, i have an i mac and a MacBook pro. i could assess mu cloud via the finder on my MacBook pro. now i cant access it on the MacBook pro but can access from the iMac. Can any one help.
