Can't Access MyCloud on Mac via Finder

Just bought Macbook Pro (on Mac OS Sierra).

Tried hard, but couldn’t access MyCloud on it. The drive is visible but the reliable connection couldn’t be established.

It’s working fine on my Windows 10 machine. I’m also able to access content from my iPhone.


Are you able to access the dashboard of the unit on the Mac?

You can try resetting the unit so the drive can update the devices attached.

I can’t access the dashboard through Mac. I already did a 4 second reset but it did not help.
