Cannot see user folders when connecting to my WD My Cloud Home 8T from the network area

Hi there,
When I open My Cloud Home I can only see the public folder but not the users folders.

Can anyone help me or guide me to a similar discussion already existing?

Probably worth to mention that the Windows never asked me for credentials of the WD drive.

  1. Do you have additional Shares set up? Check the Web Dashboard for that.
  2. Which users do have permissions to which Shares?
  3. You must log in in order to access private shares.
