i have a wd my cloud device , in my device have 2 users. one of user name is abusayeed and have a folder as same name of user. i allways keep my personal data on this drive. last few days cloud access not works from remote, so last night remove cloud access user as my email and create user again. I’m not delete any folder. after that I’m seen my folder is missing from my cloud drive “abusayeed”. can you please inform why its not visible and how to recovery my folder. please.!!! my email: kuhel.mob@gmail.com
