Cannot see the drive on network for only one PC

I’ve had this problem with other pc’s usually new ones that im adding to the network and ive sorted it by following the basic steps listed on the internet the SMB and TCP/IP ones.

They still havent fixed the issue and i cannot see the drive on the network? I had WD help me once with one of them and we did other steps which got it working but i cant seem to contact them to find out what they were again.

Can anyone help?
