WD EX2 Ultra seen on network but files not seen on TVs

Hi everyone i have a networked EX2 hard wired to my network. The drive is seen on my TVs but the files on the drive are not. This started a few days ago. I can access control panel no problem. I can access files via PC no problem. Problem is no files seen via TVs which i could see before. No firmware updates needed as its up to date. I have other My cloud home drives on the same network all working fine. Any advice please. Many thanks in advance
