Cannot save to subfolders using Local Access

I have the following file structure saved in my My Cloud Home…

MYCLOUD-XXXXXX > Public > Main Folder > Subfolders 1 > Subfolders 2 > Subfolders 3 > Subfolder 4.
I can save any file to any folder EXCEPT Subfolder 4.

Whenever I try to change Windows Permissions, I am getting an error ‘Failed to enumerate objects in the container. Access is denied’

How do I get access to this subfolder?
