Cannot Retrieve anything from hard drive

I have a new computer where I installed the lattest version of WD SmartWare. I did a full backup of my old computer on my WD Passport and I wish to retrive all files to my new computer. My new computer has a newer windows operating system (Windows 7). When I open the WD Smartware on my new computer and I go to the retrieve tab, nothing appears there to be retrieve. This is what I see. What is wrong?

try unisntalling the software on the new computer and install that again.
