Cannot restore from WD My Passport Ultra on Windows 10

I’ve just got a new PC, running Windows 10. I have my files from my old PC on a WD My Passport Ultra device (P/N WDBGPU0010BBY - 05).

When I connect the My Passport Ultra device the PC sees the device in the file explorer, but I cannot run the WD Backup program.

WD Drive Utilities and WD Security appear to have installed ok, but WD Backup will not install.

Please help!

Try downloading and installing its latest version from WD website.
