Cannot add and delete files in My Book Live

I’ve got a problem is adding and deleting files for My Book Live. I have 2 laptops. I can do all the necsessary actions with only 1 of my laptop but not the other one. I can view and extract the files I want but I cannot add/delete any files.

By the way, its a public folder. Please help. Thanks!

Are you trying to do that remotely? or locally? Can you provide more information about your network layout?

Locally. All my devices on the same network.
