Cannot access the device

Hi, we are using Mycloud Ex2Ultra. Everyone in the network can access it except one person. It says the device is not accessible. Please advise! Thank you!

Or you saying the share folder? Is the share folder guess accessible or is it lock with username/password?

Nothing can be accessed even the shared folder. The whole device cannot be accessible.

It is more of that user computer issue. Double check the computer setting, workgroup, file & printer network sharing…etc…
