I’ve just setup WD Sync and it does a good job of synchronising files on my laptop, to the MyCloud device.
If I however make and changes on the MyCloud device itself, in my specific synchronised folder, then these changes are however not synchronised back to my laptop.
What is the OS on the laptop?
As discussed elsewhere in other earlier threads, WD Sync is hit or miss on being true bidirectional syncing for some. Some have stopped using WD Sync and use 3rd party sync programs like Free File Sync (http://www.freefilesync.org/) which should support true bidirectional syncing.
In my quick and dirty testing with WD Sync (I don’t normally use it) I did have bidirectional syncing working as explained in this post:
