Bzzz sound after standby WD101EFBX

I am experiencing an intermittent buzzing sound (“BZZZ”) coming from my PC when the system wakes up from standby on Ubuntu or from sleep on Windows. The sound also occurs very rarely during work in DaVinci Resolve.
I have confirmed that the sound is coming exactly from this SATA drive, because the noise completely disappears when I disconnect power from this drive.

The intermittent buzzing (“BZZZ”) from your WD Red 10TB SATA drive during system wake or occasional heavy use is caused by the drive’s mechanical behavior, specifically head parking and recalibration during spin-up or sudden I/O. This is common in large-capacity WD Red drives and is not usually dangerous as long as it is brief, not repetitive, and not accompanied by clicking or errors. Check the drive’s SMART data, adjust power management if needed, avoid unnecessary sleep/wake cycles, and keep backups up to date. In most cases, this noise is normal and does not indicate drive failure.

Thanks for the clarification. I also got an answer from WD stuff.

I suggest that the red series is able to do 24/7 but they are not as robust as the ultrastar series. Ultrastar are used in data centers
